SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGE:

Shipping and handling fees will be charged according to the total order amount except for ballgown and menswear. Merchandise will be sent by either Priority Mail or registered mail.

Processing Time:

If we have the items in stock, shipping will take 3 to 4 days only. If the item was out of stock, it will take 3 weeks to reorder and ship to the customers. All custom-made orders will take 3 weeks to process. We will confirm the delivery time when we receive the order.

 

Return policy

  1. Exchanges or returns on website items can be made within 14 days of shipment.
  2. No exchanges or returns on special and custom orders, sale items and discontinued items.
  3. All returned merchandise must be in original new condition, unworn and with original packing.
  4. All returns items must accompanied with a return approval number, which can be obtained by emailing the reason of return to order@aidadancewear.com.  Returns without a return approval number will be charged a restocking fees of 15% of the item price. Only 85% of the item price will be refunded.
  5. All refunds take 2 to 3 weeks to process and will be credited to your credit card account or Paypal account. All refunds are for merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  6. All returns and exchanges must be sent postage paid. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
  7. All returns and exchanges must include instructions telling us what you would like done with your returned items.
  8. For exchanges, a reshipment charge of $6.00 (skirts and tops) and $9.50(shoes) will be charged through your credit card or Paypal.
  9. We send merchandise to our customers via priority mail with delivery confirmation (within the US) or registered mail (mail from Hong Kong); we will not be responsible for return parcel due to unclaimed at the customer side. You will be responsible for paying the resent charge again and refund will not be given. Let us know by email if you plan to go out of town so that we can hold the parcel until your return.
  10. We will only be responsible for the reshipping charges if we sent the wrong style, size or colors.


Payment Information

Method 1 - Paypal Shopping Cart

Navigate to the product you want to purchase and click on the button, you can purchase multiple items by adding additional items to the shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout, click on the button on the left side of the screen. The shipping charge will be calculated automatically when you checkout. If is missing on the item you want to purchase, please contact us for detail.  Please enter the size and color choices for your order in the "Message to Seller (Optional)" box.

Method 2 - Paypal without Shopping Cart

Email the order detail to order@aidadancewear.com and indicate you want to pay through Paypal. We will let you know the total amount by email. Click on the Paypal "Click Here To Pay" button on the bottom of this page to submit the payment to us.

Method 3 - Credit Card By Phone

Email the order detail to order@aidadancewear.com and indicate you want to pay by credit card. We will let you know the total amount by email. Also include your phone number and the best time to call, we will call and get the credit card information from you.  You can also call us directly to place the order but we prefer to have the order detail in an email to avoid mistake.

Method 4 - Check or Money Order

Print and fill out the order form below in either Adobe Acrobat or the Microsoft Word format, then email (order@aidadancewear.com) or fax  to Aida Dancewear. Please wait for our email confirmation before sending money, we will let you know the total amount to send.

Once we received the confirmation of your payment or when the check is cleared, we will make your custom order which take 7 to 10 days. The airmail will then take another 7 to 10 days to reach you. Sales tax is included in the price.
