SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGE:

Shipping and handling fees will be charged according to the total order amount except for ballgown, Latin dress and men's suit. Merchandise will be sent by either USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation or international air mail parcel.

Processing Time:

Shipping will take 3 to 4 days provided that we have the item in stoc. If the item was out of stock, back order will take 3 to 4 weeks. All custom-made orders will take 3 to 4 weeks to process. We will confirm the delivery time when we receive the order.

Return policy

Exchanges or returns on website items can be made within 10 days of delivery. No exchanges or returns on special and custom orders, sale items and discontinued items including XL & XS sizes. All returned merchandise must be in original new condition, unworn and with original packing. All returns items must accompanied with a return approval number, which can be obtained by emailing the reason of return to order@aidadancewear.com. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted if the return does not have a return approval number. Shipping charges are not refundable. Full refund will be given for out of stock item. All refunds take 2 to 3 weeks to process and will be credited to your credit card account or Paypal account. All refunds are for merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns and exchanges must be sent postage paid with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. All returns and exchanges must include instructions telling us what you would like done with your returned items. For exchanges. A reshipment fee according to the shipping and handling chart will be charged. We send merchandise to our customers via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation (within the US) or air mail parcel (mail from Hong Kong); we will not be responsible for return parcel due to unclaimed at the customer side or after confirmation of delivery by USPS. If you want additional protection, an insurance charge of an increment of $2.50 will be charge per $100 of retail price. Please make request at the time of your order if you want to add insurance. You will be responsible for paying the resent charge again and refund will not be given. Let us know by email if you plan to go out of town so that we can hold the parcel until your return. We will only be responsible for the reshipping charges if we sent the wrong style, size or colors.

Method 2 - Paypal without Shopping Cart

Email the order detail to order@aidadancewear.com and indicate you want to pay through Paypal. We will let you know the total amount by email. Click on the Paypal "Click Here To Pay" button on the bottom.

Method 3 - Pay by Credit Card - call us at 650 - 267-4832 or 650-455-5544

Email the order detail to order@aidadancewear.com with your phone number. We will confirm the total amount by email. We will then call and get your credit card information. You can also call us to place a phone order.

Once we received the confirmation of your payment, we will process your order and an email confirmation will be sent to you with estimated delivery time . Sales tax is included in the price.
